For changing colors and changing the links to open outside the iframe you need to use the external workaound.

without you cannot change anything inside the iframe.

Been using Advanced iFrame for a few years now. It has been a great tool. I ran into a task I am not sure how to accomplish today. I run the website for a motorcycle dealership. Currently I use AF to pull the entire inventory from a third party inventory tool into our main website. I would like to add the featured inventory gallery/slider from the third party site. I have been trying to work out using doing this to only show the gallery element. Somewhere I am missing something
